Delta District initially started as a small development team in 2016 with the intent to create a FiveM server with a unique experience. Shortly after, Official FiveLife was launched and surpassed any expectations the team had. Invaluable insight was learned during those years; not only scripting knowledge, but also FiveM server administration.

In the years since FiveLife has closed, we have been working hard on the our next project and expanding to offer developer courses, materials, and services.

Delta District will soon offer a wide variety of videos, tutorials, and technical support relating to video game modifications and asset development. Our mission is to efficiently teach beginners how to create custom assets in the easiest way possible, as well as providing support and extended knowledge to experienced script & asset developers. We are currently taking requests for projects and custom game assets.

We hope to create future programmers, asset developers, and game modders, as well as find talented individuals to help grow our team.

The majority of our support and materials are for GTA5 / FiveM currently but we are actively expanding our selection. We are starting support soon for Arma 3 scripting, as well as other games. Let us know if you want to see a specific game receive support.
